About Us

Solutions4Ministries is a program of Sterling Solutions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening mental health services through education, training, and workforce development. Since its founding in 2012, Sterling Solutions has been committed to equipping paraprofessionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve the delivery of mental health care.

As a California state-certified Registered Peer Support Specialist training agency, Sterling Solutions has provided peer support specialist training and certification to nearly 500 individuals since 2015. Recognizing the profound impact of peer support, we were inspired to extend this training to church ministries with a unique brand of Christian Peer Support and church capacity-building, to ensure faith communities have the necessary tools to play a pivotal role in mental health care.

Solutions4Ministries was created to bridge the gap between faith and mental health, empowering churches and faith-based organizations to offer connection, counseling, and support to those seeking help. Through specialized training and resources, we equip ministries to increase their effectiveness as beacons of hope—providing informed, edifying care to the body of Christ and the broader community.

Together, we are fostering a future where spiritual guidance and mental health support work hand in hand to bring healing, restoration, and resilience to those in need.
